Pineapple Cream Cake

  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (don't drain)
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Mix the sugar, flour and baking soda by hand.

    Add the eggs, then add the other ingredients.

    Bake in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan at 350° for 40 minutes.

    Frost with cream cheese frosting.
