Pineapple Cream Cheese Ball

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1/4 c. green pepper, very finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Vidalia onion, very finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Squeeze juice out of pineapple.

    Combine with all ingredients except nuts.

    Shape into ball and roll in nuts on wax paper. Serve with Wheat Thins.
