- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 8 oz. can crushed pineapple, well drained
- 1/2 c. finely chopped dried apricots
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- your favorite crackers
Directions

1In large bowl combine cream cheese, pineapple, apricots and cinnamon; blend well.

2Refrigerate mixture 30 minutes or until easy to handle.

3Form into two 7 x 1 1/2-inch logs.

4Roll each in chopped pecans.

5Wrap in plastic wrap; refrigerate until firm. Serve with crackers.

6Logs can be frozen.

7Wrap tightly and freeze no longer than 3 months.
