  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. walnuts, finely chopped
  • 1 stick melted butter or margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • 8 oz. sour cream or yogurt
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, unsweetened and undrained

Directions

    Combine flour, nuts, margarine and sugar.

    Press into a pie plate and bake at 350° until just slightly browned, about 15 minutes.

    Cool for 15 minutes and fill with a combination of the remaining ingredients.

    Chill overnight.
