Ingredients

  • 1 small pkg. lemon Jell-O
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 c. small marshmallows
  • 1 c. small curd cottage cheese
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream

Directions

    Dissolve Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water.

    Add sugar and salt; let cool.
  3. 3
    Add other ingredients, except whipped cream. Refrigerate until partially set, then fold in whipped cream. Refrigerate.
