- 2 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 can pineapple spears, drained
- 1 can refrigerated quick crescent dinner rolls
- caramel ice cream topping
- nuts
- flaked coconut
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Combine brown sugar, flour and nutmeg. Roll pineapple spears in sugar mixture.

3Separate crescent rolls. Place a pineapple spear along wide end of triangle; roll to point, folding in sides.

4Place on cookie sheet.

5Repeat with remaining rolls.

6Makes 8 logs.

7Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown; cool.

8Drizzle with caramel topping and sprinkle with nuts or coconut.

9(Kids will love them on a wooden skewer or popsicle stick; insert skewer before baking.)
