- 2 (20 ounce) cans pineapple chunks
- 1 cup sugar
- 6 tablespoons self rising flour
- 2 -3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package Ritz cracker, crumbled fine (about 36)
- 14-12 cup butter or 14-12 cup margarine, melted
Directions

1In a large bowl mix the pineapple chunks w/juice, sugar, flour and cheddar cheese.

2Spread mixture in a 9 X 13 pan.

3Top with crumbled cracker crumbs.

4Pour butter over the top of the crackers.

5Bake at 350 F for 25 minutes, or until brown and bubbling.

6Let set 10 minutes before serving.
