Pineapple Crunch

  • 1/4 lb. butter, melted
  • 5 slices bread, cubed
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple

Directions

    Mix together butter and bread cubes until butter is absorbed. Set aside in mixing bowl.

    Beat eggs well, then beat in sugar. Stir in undrained pineapple.

    Place in baking dish.

    Spread cubes on top.

    Bake approximately 1 hour at 350°.

    Good with ham.
