  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 18 oz. can pineapple
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 3/16 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 3 beaten egg whites

Directions

    Thoroughly cream shortening and sugar; add pineapple and vanilla.
