  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 5 Tbsp. tapioca
  • powdered sugar and milk
  • vanilla and salt
  • 5 c. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 c. Crisco

Directions

    Mix together pineapple, sugar and tapioca and set aside.

    Mix other ingredients as pie crust.

    Roll out 1/2 of the dough; place on cookie sheet and spread with filling.

    Roll out other half of the dough and cover for top crust.

    Put slits in top crust.

    Bake at 350° until light brown, about 30 minutes.
