Rice Pudding For Two

- 4 cups milk
- 1/2 cup short grain rice Egyptian rice-
- 1/2 cup sugar more or less, depending on your personal taste
- cinnamon A sprinkle of
- vanilla A little
Directions

1Wash the rice and soak in warm water for half an hour.

2Pour your milk in the pot. Heat up for about 15 minutes

3Drain the rice, add to the milk.

4Stir together occasionally until the rice gets soft and fully cooked.

5Stirring prevents the rice and milk to stick to the pot.

6Add the sugar. Mix well

7Add the cinnamon and vanilla

8Cook for another ten minutes until it is all done

9Pour in glass cups

10You may serve warm or cold. Garnish with little cinnamon on top
