  • 16 graham crackers (crushed)
  • 8 tablespoons margarine, melted
  • 1 (398 ml) can crushed pineapple
  • 2 (113 g) packagesvanilla pudding
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 (1 liter) container Cool Whip, divided

Directions

    CRUST: Mix and bake at 350F for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.

    Cool completely.

    FILLING: Mix together pineapple, vanilla pudding, lemon juice and 1/2 container Cool Whip.

    Add to base.

    Add other half of whip on top and sprinkle with graham crumbs.

    Refrigerate.
