  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 small container Cool Whip

Directions

    Cook egg, juice, cornstarch and sugar until thickened.

    Add pineapple, marshmallows and Cool Whip.
