  • 1 large pkg. vanilla wafers, crushed (save 1/4 c.)
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 1 carton whipping cream, whipped and set aside

    Mix Eagle Brand milk and pineapple together in mixer, then on slow speed mix in vanilla wafers.

    Pour this mixture into square dish and spread whipping cream over mixture.

    Sprinkle with 1/4 cup vanilla wafers and place maraschino cherries on top.

    Place in refrigerator at least four hours before serving.
