  • 1 yellow Jiffy cake mix
  • 1 (3 3/4 oz.) vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 (20 oz.) can sweetened crushed pineapple, drained
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip

Directions

    Mix cake as directed and bake 12 to 15 minutes at 350° in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Mix together pudding, cream cheese and milk; beat until smooth.

    Spread on cooled cake.

    Top with pineapple and Cool Whip.
