- 250 g cream cheese
- approx half a 425g can pineapple chunk
Directions

1Place a few pieces of pineapple and a little of the juice in the blender until well diced.

2Cut up the cream cheese and place it into the blender with the half tin of pineapple pieces ( be careful not to add too much of the juices all at once).

3Add juice and/or more pineapple until desired consistency is obtained.

4Serve cold.
