Pineapple Drop Cookies

  • 4 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 c. softened butter
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can drained crushed pineapple
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Drain pineapple, but save juice for glaze.

    Sift flour, salt and baking soda together and set aside.

    Beat the butter and sugar together, then add eggs and keep beating.

    Next, add the pineapple, vanilla and sifted ingredients.

    Mix well and chill. Drop by teaspoon onto a greased cookie sheet.

    Bake at 350° for 12 minutes, then while still warm spoon glaze over cookies.
