  • 2 c. crushed pineapple (not drained)
  • 1 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 2 sticks margarine

Directions

    Layer pineapple, coconut and pecans in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Spread dry cake mix over top.

    Dot with sliced margarine. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
