- 1 c. salad oil
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 lb. sirloin tip roast, cut in 1 1/2-inch cubes
- firm ripe tomatoes, quartered
- onions, quartered
- green peppers, quartered
- canned small whole potatoes
- whole mushrooms
Directions

1Combine oil, vinegar, chopped onion, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.

2Pour over cubed meat.

3Stir to coat all pieces; marinate and refrigerate overnight, or leave at room temperature for 3 to 4 hours.

4Alternate beef cubes and vegetables on skewers.

5Cook over charcoal, basting with marinade.

6Serve on rice.

7Yields 6 to 8 servings.
