  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (4 oz.) carton Cool Whip

    Over low heat, cook the pineapple, egg, sugar and flour until thick.
