Pineapple Grapefruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 large grapefruits, sectioned
  • 2 envelopes gelatin
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 small pkg. lemon gelatin
  • 2 (No. 2 1/2) cans pineapple chunks, drain (reserve juice)
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar

Directions

    Soak gelatin in lemon juice.

    Place drained pineapple juice on heat and bring to a boil.

    Pour over lemon gelatin and plain gelatin.

    Cool.

    Add pineapple chunks, grapefruit sections and salt.

    Pour into pans or molds and let set in refrigerator several hours.

    Yields 12 to 18 servings.
