- 1 (12 to 14 lb.) fully cooked smoked ham
- whole cloves
- 1 (10 oz.) jar pineapple preserves
- 1 Tbsp. brown-prepared mustard
- 1 1/2 (8 oz.) cans pineapple slices, drained
- mint sprig (for decorating) if desired
Directions

1Heat oven to 325°.

2Remove skin and excess fat from ham. Leaving a fat layer of 1/4-inch thick, score and place clove in each diamond score.

3Place ham in roasting pan on rack.

4Bake for 2 1/2 hours.
