- 1/2 lb. vanilla wafers or butter cookies
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 2 eggs, unbeaten
- 1 small (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream
Directions

1Grind the wafers or roll them into crumbs and put 1/2 of them in the bottom of your pan.

2Cream butter and sugar; add eggs, 1 at a time.

3Beat until smooth and creamy.

4Pour this mixture over the crumbs.

5Whip the whipping cream.

6Add the pineapple and pour over the first mixture.

7Cover with the rest of the crumbs and put in icebox overnight.
