Pineapple Icebox Pudding

  • 12 marshmallows
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 pt. whipping cream
  • 1 c. drained crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 lb. or 1 3/4 c. crushed vanilla wafers
  • 1 pkg. orange jello
  • 1/2 c. hot water
  • 1/2 c. pecans

Directions

    Place marshmallows, jello and sugar into microwave and melt; cool but don't let set.

    Whip cream; add pineapple and nuts and mix with cooled marshmallow mixture.

    Crush wafers and spread in 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Pour mixture over this.

    Add remaining crumbs on top. Set in refrigerator until firm.
