Pineapple Icebox Surprise

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks oleo
  • 2 small cans crushed pineapple
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 lb. box graham crackers

Directions

    Save enough crackers for 6 layers.

    Crush remaining crackers. Cook oleo, sugar and pineapple until sugar dissolves.

    Add nuts and the crushed crackers to mixture.

    Let mixture cool before making layers.

    Alternate layer of crackers and layer of mixture until you have used the 6 layers of crackers.

    Wrap in foil and refrigerate.

    Can be frozen.

    Slice and serve.
