  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 tall can crushed pineapple

Directions

    Beat eggs.

    Mix flour and sugar and add to eggs.

    Add melted butter and lemon juice; beat well.

    Fold in one tall can of undrained pineapple.

    Cook slowly until thick.

    Spread over yellow layered cake mix.
