  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple, undrained
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Combine sugar and eggs.

    Cream until fluffy. Combine flour, soda and salt and add to creamed mixture. Beat well.

    Stir in pineapple, vanilla and pecans.

    Bake in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
