- 1 c. fine graham cracker crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can (1 c. ) crushed pineapple
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange-pineapple flavor gelatin
- 1 1/4 c. boiling water
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. grated orange peel
- 1 c. dairy sour cream
Directions

1Mix crumbs, 2 tablespoons sugar and the butter.

2Press into bottom of 8 x 8 x 2-inch dish; chill.

3Thoroughly drain pineapple, reserving 1/2 cup syrup.

4Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.

5Add pineapple syrup; cool.

6Blend cream cheese with 3 tablespoons sugar, the vanilla and orange peel. Stir 1/2 cup gelatin into drained pineapple; set aside.

7Gradually blend remaining gelatin into cream cheese mixture.

8Stir in sour cream. Pour into crust; chill.

9Chill until firm.

10Spoon pineapple mixture evenly over cream cheese layer.

11Chill 4 to 6 hours.
