Pineapple Lime Mold

Ingredients

  • 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery

Directions

    Drain pineapple; reserve syrup. Dissolve gelatin in 2 cups boiling water. Add sour cream and reserved syrup.

    Chill until slightly thickened. Stir in pineapple, walnuts and celery.

    Pour into 7-cup mold.

    Chill until set. Serves 6.
