  • 1 12 cups finely chopped macadamia nuts
  • 12 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 12 teaspoon caribbean jerk seasoning
  • 14 teaspoon dried onion flakes
  • 14 teaspoon onion powder
  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 14 cup vegetable oil
  • 12 cup crushed pineapple
  • 2 tablespoons apricot preserves, warmed
