Pineapple Meat Balls

  • 1 slice white bread
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 lb. ground round meat
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    In a large bowl, crumble white bread and milk.

    Add ground round, egg, salt, garlic powder and pepper.

    Mix well with fork. Form into small balls.

    Melt butter in a large skillet.

    Brown meat balls on all sides, shaking pan often to keep balls round. Remove and set aside (or skip all of this and buy a bag of precooked meat balls).
