Pineapple Meatballs

  • 24 meatballs
  • 34 cup barbecue sauce
  • 34 cup orange juice
  • 12 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple

Directions

    Arrange meatballs in greased baking sheet.

    Combine barbecue sauce, orange juice, brown sugar, cornstarch and pineapple.

    Pour over meatballs.

    Bake covered for 45 minutes at 350.

    Remove from oven and allow to cool.

    Place in freezer bag.

    Label and freeze.

    To serve: thaw.

    Heat until hot.

    Serve with rice.

    Variation: freeze prior to baking.
