Icebox Fruit Cake

- 1 c. milk
- 1 lb. marshmallows
- 8 oz. coconut
- 1 lb. raisins
- 1 lb. maraschino cherries
- 1 lb. vanilla wafers
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 4 c. pecans
Directions

1Put milk and marshmallows in a pan and place on low heat. Stir often until marshmallows are melted.

2Crush the vanilla wafers and chop the cherries and nuts.

3Then put all the dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl.

4Add the milk mixture.

5Mix with your hands.

6Grease as many pans as you need and press the mixture into the pan.

7Place in icebox and the next day it is ready to slice.

8This makes a lot of fruit cake.
