Pineapple Mousse

  • 5 eggs, separated
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 box pineapple gelatin
  • 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can (20 oz.) pineapple chunks

Directions

    In a small pot put the gelatin and pineapple juice (extracted from can of pineapple chunks).

    Bring it to a quick boil.

    Remove from the stove.

    Beat the egg whites to a fluff.

    In a bowl put all egg yolks; add sugar.

    Mix, then add gelatin mixture, condensed milk and egg whites.

    Mix well, then add pineapple chunks.

    Place in refrigerator until it thickens.
