  • 2 1/2 c. oat bran cereal
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans crushed pineapple with juice
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil

Directions

    Mix dry ingredients.

    Mix milk, 1 can pineapple with juice, egg whites and oil.

    Combine with dry ingredients and mix.

    Add second can of pineapple.

    Bake after lining muffin pans with paper baking cups at 425° for 17 minutes.
