- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 2 (8 oz.) cans crushed pineapple with juice
- 2 egg whites
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil

1Mix dry ingredients.

2Mix milk, 1 can pineapple with juice, egg whites and oil.

3Combine with dry ingredients and mix.

4Add second can of pineapple.

5Bake after lining muffin pans with paper baking cups at 425° for 17 minutes.
