  • 1 lb. 4 oz. can Dole blue label pineapple chunks, drained (reserve 1/2 c. syrup)
  • 1 pkg. instant French vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 c. whipped cream
  • 1 (8-inch) graham cracker pie shell
  • 1 c. cooled apricot preserves

    Drain pineapple chunks, reserving 1/2 cup syrup.

    Combine pudding mix with whipped cream.
