- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
- 2 c. pecans, chopped fine
- 8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
- assorted crackers
Directions

1Combine cheese, 1 cup nuts, pineapple, peppers, onion and salt; mix well and chill one hour.

2Divide mixture in half. Shape each into ball and roll in remaining nuts.

3Chill several hours.

4Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving.

5Serve with crackers.

6Yields two 3-inch balls.
