  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 1 c. light raisins
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 8 3/4 oz. can crushed pineapple

Directions

    Combine egg, milk, oil, raisins, nuts and pineapple. Mix. Combine dry ingredients and add to first mixture. Stir until just moistened. Bake in 2 greased bread tins for about an hour at 350°.
