  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 2 cans (20 oz. each) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 3/4 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 sticks butter, cut in pieces

Directions

    Spread the crushed pineapple, with liquid, into a greased 10 x 12-inch pan.

    Sprinkle the dry cake mix over the pineapple. Scatter the pecans over the cake mix.

    Top with pieces of butter. Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 45 minutes.
