  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. white sugar
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (don't drain)
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

    Sift together flour, sugar and soda.

    Beat eggs slightly.

    Add vanilla and pineapple; stir well.

    Add the dry ingredients and mix well by hand.

    Then add chopped nuts.

    Bake in 9 x 13-inch greased pan for 45 minutes at 350°.
