- 1 c. broccoli florets, cut small
- 1 c. cauliflower florets, cut small
- 29 oz. jar marinara sauce
- 15 oz. cottage cheese or skim Ricotta cheese
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Cook lasagna noodles until they are done; drain.
