  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with syrup
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. coconut (optional)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together in large bowl by hand.

    Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes (325° if glass pan).

    Top with Cream Cheese Icing.
