Pineapple Nut Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 box lemon gelatin *
  • 1 box lime gelatin *
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1/2 to 1 c. salad dressing
  • 3/4 can evaporated milk
  • 2 1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 pt. or less cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Directions

    Dissolve jello in hot water; cool.

    Chill until thickened. Combine salad dressing mixed with the milk.

    Fold into jello and add pineapple, cottage cheese, nuts and lemon juice.

    Chill until firm.

    I use a 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
