- 1 #2 can crushed pineapple
- 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
- 2 Tbsp. corn starch
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 6 baked (3 inch) tart shell
- 1/2 pt. heavy cream, whipped
Directions

1Combine pineapple, brown sugar, corn starch and salt.

2Cook over low heat until thickened and clear, about 5 to 8 minutes. Stir in butter.

3Cool.

4Spoon into baked tart shells and top with whipped cream.
