- 1 yellow butter cake mix
- 1 can Mandarin oranges (do not drain)
- 1/2 c. oil
- 4 eggs
- large (13 oz.) Cool Whip
- 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding (use dry)
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
Directions

1Add cake mix, oranges, oil and eggs.

2Mix together well.

3Bake at 325° for 30 minutes in 2 round layer pans.

4Let cool.

5Cut each layer in half; mix remaining ingredients and spread on layers.
