Pineapple-Orange Cake

  • 1 yellow butter cake mix
  • 1 can Mandarin oranges (do not drain)
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 4 eggs
  • large (13 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding (use dry)
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple

Directions

    Add cake mix, oranges, oil and eggs.

    Mix together well.

    Bake at 325° for 30 minutes in 2 round layer pans.

    Let cool.

    Cut each layer in half; mix remaining ingredients and spread on layers.
