- 6 chicken breasts, skinned
- 14 oz. can pineapple slices
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. mushrooms
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- 1 onion (medium), sliced
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 4 Tbsp. honey or brown sugar
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Place chicken in flat roast pan.

3Drain juice from pineapple and pour over chicken.

4Dot chicken with butter and spread onion over top.

5Add salt and pepper.

6Cover pan and bake for 1 1/2 hours.
