  • 6 chicken breasts, skinned
  • 14 oz. can pineapple slices
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. mushrooms
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 onion (medium), sliced
  • 1 green pepper, sliced
  • 4 Tbsp. honey or brown sugar

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Place chicken in flat roast pan.

    Drain juice from pineapple and pour over chicken.

    Dot chicken with butter and spread onion over top.

    Add salt and pepper.

    Cover pan and bake for 1 1/2 hours.
