- 1/2 c. unsalted butter (at room temperature)
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained well
- 6 slices firm-textured bread, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Lightly grease an 8 or 9-inch square pan.

3In medium bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

4Add eggs, one at a time, beating until well blended. Stir in pineapple.

5Fold in bread cubes.

6Turn into pie pan. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour until top is brown and crusty.
