- 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
- 2 1/2 c. orange juice
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (juice packed)
- 2 medium pears, peeled, cored and chopped
- 6 packets Equal
Directions

1In a small saucepan, soften gelatin in 1/2 cup of the orange juice.

2Stir in undrained, crushed pineapple and remaining orange juice.

3Chill until partially set.

4Fold in pears and Equal and turn mixture into a 6-cup mold.

5Chill until firm.
-
6Unmold onto a plate.

7Makes 8 servings.
