Pineapple Pecan Bars

  • 2 cups flour, all-purpose
  • 23 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup margarine
  • 1 can pineapple crushed
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar packed
  • 13 cup flour, all-purpose
  • 2 cups pecans chopped

Directions

    FOR CRUST, combine 2 cups flour and powdered sugar.

    Cut in margarine until mixture is crumbly.

    Press onto bottom of 13x9 inch baking pan.

    Bake in 350F (180C).

    oven 15 minutes.

    Remove from oven.

    FOR TOPPING, combine drained pineapple, eggs, brown sugar and 13 cup flour.

    Stir in pecans.

    Pour over partially baked crust.

    Bake in 350F (180C).

    oven 30 to 35 minutes or until set.
