- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. dark brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. white corn syrup
- 3 large eggs, separated and well beaten
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 can pineapple tidbits
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Directions

1Cream thoroughly first five ingredients.

2Blend in egg yolks and corn syrup.

3Fold in pineapple and pecans.

4Gently fold in well beaten egg whites.

5Turn into pie shell and bake in moderate oven at 350° for 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
